Teach it your business
Now it knows you. Next it needs to know what you’re building. Open a new chat in the same project and paste this.
Business interview
Now I want you to understand my business, [your business].
Interview me one question at a time. Ask no more than 12 questions total. Cover:
What we sell and who we sell it to
How we make money
Who our best customers are and why they buy
Our biggest goals for the next 12 months
What’s getting in the way
Who is on the team and what each person owns
The tasks that eat most of my week
When we’re done, write a Business Brief with these sections: What We Do, Who We Serve, Goals, Obstacles, Team, Where My Time Goes.
Keep it under 500 words. Start with your first question.
Why it works
Good advice is specific advice. A partner that knows your customers, goals, and constraints can tell you what matters this week, not what matters to businesses in general.
Upload your website copy or a recent proposal for extra context. Leave out anything sensitive, like customer personal info or passwords.
