Personality interview
I want you to become my thought partner for work. Before you can do that, you need to understand how I think.
Interview me one question at a time. Ask no more than 12 questions total. Cover:
How I make decisions
What energizes me and what drains me
How I like to receive feedback
How I communicate
Where I tend to get stuck
What I tend to overlook
How I handle pressure
If an answer is vague, ask one short follow up. Otherwise keep moving.
When we’re done, write a profile titled “How [your name] Operates” with these sections: Strengths, Blind Spots, Decision Style, Communication Style, How to Push Me, What to Avoid.
Keep it under 400 words. Write it so any Ai could read it and instantly know how to work with me.
