Monthly check in
It’s time for our monthly check in. Look back at our recent conversations (or I’ll paste highlights below). Then ask me up to 5 questions about what’s changed: • New goals or priorities • Recent wins and setbacks • Changes to the team or customers • Anything you’ve noticed about how I work that isn’t in my profile yet After I answer, rewrite “How [your name] Operates” and the Business Brief with the updates. Then show me a short list of what changed and why.
